Terrible service. Technican was supposed to bring a router and hook up wi-fi for my mom. He did not and told her that she had to get her own router, even though they were supposed to bring one and install it. My mom is not able to do those things for herself- she is disabled. Now I am spending my Sunday running around and trying to find the right cables and adapters to connect their weird modem to the router. The technician did not say what would be needed or anything. I am trying to talk her into cancelling the service. She has had to pay for 2 internet services- could not cancel the first until I get the router connected and working. Terrible service!!!
We got Hughes net because we were told we couldn't get any other internet where we live. Come to find out that isn't the case. Our reception is horrible. I have called at least 5 times and got many things to try to improve the service, nothing worked. It is so frustrating I am using my Verizon jet pack for Internet service instead. I will continue to pay for my contract until it expires.and cuss each time I try to get online.
we use LAN cable.no wireless. and one month they say we used up allowance in 3 days, next month we dont use it up. usage never changes. lose connection constantly.long list of excuses for customer service

I guess my wife got tired of my complaining about slow internet speeds because she got me Exede and I haven't complained since. I wish there were more gigabites included every month because it is fast enough to use them up fast but still I will take too fast over not fast enough any day of the week. Thx honeybuns!!! -Travis W.
