Doesn't Work!

I originally had the XM radio service on my car when we purchased it. It worked great. The service expired and we did not re-order until about a year later. I was so excited to have it again! WRONG! As soon as it was re- installed in my car it caused the whole sound system to cut in and out about every 30 seconds, both on satellite radio and regular am/fm. After spending 1/2 an hour with a service representative from xm, they told me it was something wrong with my car. How could this be when it worked fine the first time I had xm and the system was working fine before it was re- installed? I called my dealer and they said in a few Oregon areas this has been a common problem recently. The traffic portion of xm needed to be turned off. I spent another 1/2 an hour with an xm representative telling them what the dealer said. They could never fix the problem and seemed to never understand what the problem was in the first place! I ended up having to cancel the whole service and of coarse my sound system is working fine again. My biggest complaint is there is NO one to talk to in the USA, so they really have NO clue what you are having troubles with. They need to have someone available with knowledge of problems in each area! Sad and frustrated!!!!!!

Called today twice both times could not understand the person who clearly did not listen at all to my issues. User since 2012 wanted to add another device....oh well now I will be canceling customer service is non existent

Please do not waste your money on this. Sirius XM has lost its purpose. Customer service is a joke and they are not very helpful towards the customer needs, they only see dollar signs. I only listen to 2 maybe 3 stations and it is not worth it. Use your phone, hooked it up to Bluetooth and have endless music without the price tap. #ripoff.

Customer !!! All they care about is money. Ridiculous, I listen to 4 maybe 6 channels but yet they want 200+$ per year ! And I have too basically pay for the commercials... Then this BS about automatically renewing, unless you call and cancel . Crap. Then they will automatically cut your bill if you complain !!! What don't they offer an ALACART, SYSTEM. PAY FOR ONLY WHAT YOU WANT !!!
If you complain loud enough you will actually get someone that speaks English. BOTTOM LINE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY..IT IS A LOUSY SERVICE. I REPEAT SAVE YOUR MONEY DOWN LOAD ALL YOUR MUSIC AND BLUETOOTH YOU STUFF.....

You all are a bunch of white collar crooks - today I had to renew - you all charged me 33% of the total cost in FEES. Where do they go? Surely not to train your phone staff.... Took me over 40 minutes to renew; imagine that a "valued customer" (your rep called me that) spent over 40 minutes on the phone in 2017 to spend money. WOW. Enjoy my money, I will never renew your service after this time. Crooked Crooks (Wish I could give you -1000 stars)


No Reception

For at least the last nine months I have no reception when I am in the vicinity of a cell tower. Does not matter where or when. If there is a cell tower within a mile or so, no reception. I have contacted SiriusXM several times and they repeatedly deny there is an issue and tell me to have my car dealer look at the antenna. There is nothing wrong with the antenna!!


Disney

I give the Disney station zero. Had a granddaughter in the car thought it would be fun to listen to some Disney songs because she loves Disney movies and it was crap. I was expecting to hear Disney songs not the stars that came out of the Disney channels

Never in my life have I dealt with A company that had customer service as bad as this company !!! Their call center is apparently in another country because never have I been able to get a representative that understood me or what I was trying to say, nor could They even pronounce my name right. The frustration I have felt time and time and time again is greater than anything I could ever explain in words. I will however say that this service is definitely not worth the hassle, not worth the frustration and definitely not worth paying for ! Bring your call centers to the United States and let Americans have these jobs !!


Angry beyond belief at horrid customer service

I put my account in hold as I was out of the country,(Sept 2016) and was to call when I returned for service restoration.
FEB 21st I get a voicemail informing me my account had auto renewed (something I NEVER AGREED TO) and was acruein a balance.

I am in Ecuador so call customer service and spent 26 minutes arguing with foreign customer service and finally after repeatedly asking to be connected to American agent because of language barrier all this time was international roaming!

My radio was supposed to be on hold get without my consent XM auto renewed my account and told me over phone radio was switched on Jan 30 2017 and I was being charged!! Managed to reach USA agent a second time after first USA agent either hung up on me or my roaming call dropped.

When my radio was put on hold I had a positive balance of about 50 dollars, by this time I was so Angry I just wanted the account terminated, XM gets the last blow in by charging from my existing positive balance cost of radio service for 23 days when it was never to have been turned on anywsy!! I will NEVER FORGIVE their customer service and I will NEVER use SIRIUS/XM RADIO

I was already a customer for a few years but in November of 2015 I purchased a new Truck after the promo ran out i purchased a package and during my call I was very clear they do not keep my card info and they were not to auto renew my plan and that I would renew when I felt nessary based on there service and here we are in january 2017 I received a notice from the bank saying I made a purchase of $253 to XM. I was furious to say the lest I already told them not to keep my card info and not to auto renew. So I give them a call explain to them they made a mistake I want them to cancel my subscription and return my money. This was a challenge after continued and repeated attempts to cancel and them trying relentlessly to get me to transfer or renew another vehicle that I no longer own I blew I want a manager I wouldn't let him talk at all so he transferred me to himself yes i'm sure he did then he relentlessly tried over and over to change my mind again so i repeated over and over cancel my subscription return my money and after i did that about 4 times I just told him to shut his mouth and listen cause i didn't give a F--- and ask for that manager again he said he was trying to do his job and started the spiel again so after 5 minutes of his crap I just kept talking over him and bammm he said nothing I asked again for a manager he said please hold so now i'm waiting I can hear him doing something so I assumed he was doing what I asked. After several minutes of quite time I asked how much longer he says you told me to shut up so he was waiting for me to let him do his job again.... WRONG ANSWER ! finally after a few to many cuss words he transferred me to a lady who i am sure wasn't a manager but she did what I demanded. This whole phone call was more than 10 minutes. I realize I am not there biggest customer but after I read all the complaints. What gives them the right to keep your credit card info and more important the right to use it for a purchase without your authorization. These are very high pressure sales tactics and I will never do business with them again even though I'm having withdrawals not having it in my truck I hope others learn from my experience and I hope XM learns to
