Horrible Customer Service

Feb 02, 2017 by Melinda Alamillo

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ive spoken to three different representatives just to transfer service from one vehicle to another. It's been over 45 minutes of them asking me the same questions over and over...not being able to acces my account..trying to up sell me and add a $20 activation fee.

Terrible terrible customer service

-5 stars. Called to cancel and was hung up on. Will never recommend this service to anyone that breathes.

The call back was pleasant though. Jake the supervisor was extremely professional.

Lifetime Membership Liars

Jan 24, 2017 by Ronald Peters

Purchased lifetime membership in 2006 and was good for three future car transfers. Finally bought a new car and transferred to new car three months ago.
Surprise surprise from my agent who spoke very broken English--$75 transfer fee. Great so I paid $75 and radio was activated. Surprise number 2!--The next day I had no Howard Stern. Called up Sirius and they wanted $123 to activate those channels.
My my how starved they were for business in 2006 when I forked over $500 for a LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP!! And oh by the way, now they also say it's not transferable to a future car!
I would like to know what agency to contact to fine these liars.

Don't buy it for the house

Jan 23, 2017 by Lindsey Henley

Don't bother buying a system for your house. The satellite radio almost never works inside the house, unless you can place the antenna outside the house somewhere (which you can't b/c the antenna still has to be connected to the radio/receiving portion and the speakers). Constant complaints to costumer service go no where. The system is really only for the car. Don't be tricked!

BILLING FRAUD

Jan 21, 2017 by David Gonzales

I logged onto the SIRIUS XM website and removed my credit card information a month before the service expired in hopes to avoid the auto renewal. Not sure how they still charged my credit card. They are scammers. I expressly told the agent last year I did not want to renew for 2017. My next step is to report this to the better business bureau.

Billing Fraudulent

Jan 20, 2017 by Peg

They bill for 2 years at a time. I paid half in November and the other half 2 weeks later. It's January and they have sent us half a dozen more bills totaling $117!! The bills say: late fees, invoice fees, interest charges, and anything else they can dream up. They just lost a long-time customer!!

Scam

Jan 19, 2017 by M Greene

Really they deserve NO STARS - These folks are dishonest as the day is long. First when they had a credit card of my on file initially and they cart blanch increased the amount and used it liberally, so I went to paper billing. No wonder there was a class action law suit against Sirius for this. I no longer have a card on file and call to renew. When I call and negotiate a rate (after 45 minutes on the phone) they falsely bill be. My last agreement was for 5mos service and they just turned me off after 3mos. This has happen not once but twice! I called to rectify, but get someone who can barely speak English and get a scripted reply. Also folks note the invoice you receive does not state the length of service or months of the invoice, so you do not have confirmation on this either. Shame shame shame on this company! I love their music, but this is one extremely unethical company so watch out for their scams. Oh and then they robo call your phone continuously to further annoy you to the max. I will never renew again because of the unethical business practices of this company and the undo stress and annoyance they inflict

Lifetime subscription is not lifetime

Jan 14, 2017 by Dave fisher

I bought a lifetime right from the beginning. Then the radios kept breaking on me they were junk so I had to keep replacing them. Little did I know they figured out a way to screw me out of lifetime membership. By making up a rule that I can only switch radios 3 times so I finally put the lifetime in my car because the radio was better made. I traded the car in and they would not let me transfer my LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP to my new car. I spent thousands on there radios and speaker systems. So Sirius is not getting another dime out of me and I'm going to let everybody I know not to use them either!

Time consuming

Jan 12, 2017 by Justin

I received an email claiming free trial. I contacted their customer support line and representative sent me a text message to refresh to receive channels. I followed the instructions to a "T" and waited 10 minutes for the channels to come, yet nothing showed. I then tried the link again, waited another 10 minutes, still nothing. I made sure to dive to a different location to make sure I was in a wife open sky, then called in to have another refresh since I reached the limited through the website. Representative refreshed again and still no success. I have been trying an hour and have wasted too much time. I will say the support was friendly and professional, but can't comment on the content since I cannot get it to work.

ENGlISH!!!!!!!!

Please hire some folks from the US talked to 2 representatives today and while .my situation was resolved it was very difficult to make heads or tails out of what they were saying , very poor English, VERY POOR! My very low rating represents my opinion of the customer service not the music
