After 20 years I said goodbye to them. Their price was extremely high. Called to have the package cost lowered, get a new deal or promotion and they only offered me a downgrade, with less channels and less service. Charged me an astronomical cancellation fee and didn\'t do anything to kerp me as a long time customer. They will never get my business again and I will post this everywhere to warn people. Beware. These people will suck your blood if they get a chance.

After 5 years of mediocre service, equipment that work poorly if at all, no tech support, no equipment service or replacement, discontinued channels that I was still being billed for, and then being insulted by a service cost increase I told them to disconnect at the end of my paid for service cycle.
They disconnected a day early.
Calling DISH was fruitless, they claimed I could still finish watching the DVR recorded programs. I couldn\'t. The DVR was totally deactivated.
Those were programs I had PAID FOR!
These thieves need to be shut down!
DO NOT use this half-wit run company.
Buy a ROKU, subscribe to HULU and whatever else you want to watch and pay less than one fourth the cost of DISH. Let your money talk!
Run these scoundrels out of business.


Too many commercials

DISH gives you about 3 minutes of programming and 8 minutes of commercials on a regular basis it's very frustrating to wait through the commercials to see th1e rest of the program so I'm switching to DIRECTV

There rating should be -5 I get dish because it look like a good deal ...but is Gorbache and sometim the don't tell you is if you cancel this contract you will be charged up to $ 400 dollar I don't recommend this don't even to my enemy


Contract Request

After my bill was increased by $9.00 I contacted their support and was advised under the terms of their contract they could increase their charge. I replied that contracts are usually binding on both parties. If I was bound to a fixed number of months, the price should stay fixed for that term. I asked for copy of the contract and after several phone calls, I was told it would take 10 to 20 days for them to send me the contract. This is most irregular.


Dish TV has horrible service

Dish TV has horrible service. I (VC no 01513544032) had opted for "Pick by channel" package which costs around Rs 150~ a month, Starting January 16 2016, with a validity period of 3 months. According to terms it cannot be changed in between. With the horrible nature of the system of Dish and its absolutely rubbish methods, on 14 Feb 2016, the package automatically changed to Maxi Sports Game-on HD which is Rs 440 per month. This could only be a system error and shows the inconsistency of Dish. After a lot of calls which the Dish TV executives intentionally disconnected as they were unable to explain the error and mistake, it was then again automatically changed to South World Sports HD. There was also a service request 257849321 given by stupid customer service of dish for rectifying problem. Nothing has happened yet.

These are the problems with Dish TV

Absolutely horrible systems and mechanisms mostly not working.

Absolutely horrible, unhelpful and irresponsible customer service.

I will advice all future DTH customers to Avoid DISH TV and opt for any competitor such as TATA SKY.

I had the nicest technician come to my home today to set up my cable. Shannon was polite and very helpful in answering all of my questions. I'm going to recommend dish network to all of my family and friends!!!

No tv for a week now. They send a tech out with no way to replace receiver. I get to wait for it in the mail - day 5 and replace it myself. No super bowl, no nothing. Really? Really? Also no credit. Never use dish. Horrible customer service across the board. I will look elsewhere and get out of contract.

I've always paid ontime. Their prices keep climbing up. This month I requested for 5 days to pay my bill and they chose to shut me off on superbowl sunday.I dislike businesses that won't work with their clients in a positive way.I can see all my TV shows online. They front on their commercials and then have the worst customer service and satisfaction.I will never have dish again.if this Web site would allow me to leave no stars I would have. See........they can't even give me the option.


Facebook does not come in

I Have Been Getting On Facebook Before Winter Storm Jonas Hit But After Winter Storm Jonas, Facebook Have Been Going Out And Giving Me Issues.I Have Called A Dish Customer Service Representative But Said They Was Going To Fix It. It Went Out Again And We Called And They Said That The Problem Was Fixed But It Still Have Not Came In. I Do Have A Facebook Page That Is Very Important To Me.
